Sony CyberShot Digital Camera..this "turn off turn on again" message only appears when I want to take pictures, it does not appear when I go through the one's I have on my memory stick. Last time I purchased my sony rechargable batteries was a little more than a year ago.. the lens on your camera is damaged and couldn't extend, has nothing to do with batteries, you may need to service it, if you don't know how to repair the lens yourself If it is like mine an h-9 I get that message when I do not remove the lens cap when it powers up. sometimes it gets stuck in a funny way that wont allow the lens to open remove the cap before turning it on Report It
