Help me!! about my digital camera?

I got this DXG-505V Digital Camera. It has radio, camera and of course Videocamera. I just recharged the batteries and I put them on my digital camera. When I click On, it show me that Memory is full. I checked it and there are no pics inside. Should I put the Memory Card SD so I could take pics and film or even listen to the radio? or what should I do? please help me I appreciated!

Maybe the card is not initialized try to format the media on the camera.
