The TSA site says spillable batteries not allowed as carry-on but are recharable AA batteries considered that? I don't know batteries much. spillable batteries are like car batteries- ones that you have to open and pour water in occasionally. AAs do not qualify as spillable.
Yes, you cna bring your digital camera with extra batteries. That's not a problem at all. You can carry on the camera and battery. Just put it in a plastic bag and remove it from your bag and put it in the box container that also will hold your shoes, purse, or coat or whatever else is going through the machine. camera batteries are perfectly acceptale.
I highly suggest you bring your camera and sit next to a window. you can get some great shots from the air!! |
