The rechargeable battery: Ni-MH and Ni-Cad, which one is better for digital camera? What's different?

I bought 2 kind bateries, but I don't know what are different? which one better?

Ni-MH is better cause Ni-Cad, stands for nickel candium and it has a "memory" to it. that means you have to drain the batter then recharge it or it will damage your batters life. with Ni_Mh it doesnt have that so you can recharge when you want to withought damaging your battereys life. and Ni-MH lasts 2 or 3 times longer than Ni-Cad

Solid Snake's answer is solid. NiMH all the way.
