I lost my Sony digital camera batter charger. Can I hook wires from a reg battery charger till I find it?

the battery is a sony np-f550 battery and has a positive, negative and a flate metal spot marked (c) on it. Wondering how i should wire it

To be honest, I would think you will be better of if you try and get a replacement charger. If you hook up a charger that has the wrong amperage you will run the risk of damaging or blowing up the battery.
