Volts battery question? |
I have no clue as to what the volts mean on a battery. Does having the right volt type increase battery life? For instance, If I used a camera that used 5 volt Double A (AA) batteries, and needed only 3 volts, would it be at waste? Can someone please explain to me how this volt system works with equipment. You don't want to put in more volts than the device is designed for. This could cause the device to short out and die. only use what volts it accepts for anything because say it takes 3 volts and u use a 5 volt charge, it can blow up from overcharging it with too much volts. |
