DXG-608 digital camera charging, red or green? |
When one puts the battery, froma DXG-608 digital camera, in the charger, if the battery leans one way the light is red, if it leans the other it is green. Which is charging red or green? Tip it so the light's green - that indicates the contacts are sitting right and the battery's charging. |

Yes, there is such a thing. Most such chargers output 12 volts, so you'll need a charger that can accept a 12 volt input. Generally speaking, what works is having a cigarette lighter out... leave it set with new batteries in it overnight with the camera off. then turn the camera on and pull the batteries out, and put them back in. switch it off then back on. it should rese the memory.... A digital camera needs lots of battery power to run...and using heavy duty batteries (or something similar), is just not good enough, not to mention, a complete waste of money. So, for much long... Rush is right What do u mean? ...The batteies you need are available at most any drugstore. I buy them in ten-packs on ebay and keep them refrigerated until needed. My 2 XD-11's, 3 X-700's, 2 XE-7's and 2 XG-9'... Energizer Lithium ...Throw it down and stamp on it. Just kidding. Put the battery back into the charger and leave it on for the length of a full charge, then try again. If that doesn't work, start looking for rece...
