Is it possible to charge a camera battery without an electrical outlet?

I am going camping for two weeks soon, and plan on bringing my digital camera, but i doubt the battery will last that long. the battery is rechargable, but it's one i've never seen before (its not AA of AAA or anything, its different). Other than buying a bunch of those batteries to use, is there any way to recharge it without the use of an electrical outlet? (For instance, is there anything i could plug the battery's charger into instead of an outlet?)

You should look for a solar charger. Here is an example

Just google "solar camera charger" to find one that will work with your camera. They typically come with different adapters for various devices, so it should be easy to find one for you. By the way, I麓m assuming that your camping trip will be somewhere with sunlight : )

1st Sony is having MAJOR issues with their Lithium Ion battery check that out first they havedeveloped a history of over heating and exploding

2nd check with your local camera shop they mau have an adaptor you can use to plug it into your cigratte lighter assuming you have a car or truck with you
