How would you rate the Nokia N95 8GB? |
I am considering getting this phone and heard that the battery problem from the initial batches has been resolved. My second choice may be a Sony Erricson or a HTC. I would like a phone for personal and business use i.e. camera, WiFi, HSDPA, email, music player Nice phone but the N96 has arrived & (although it looks similar to the N80) it is better & has a slot for a memory card. Unfortunately it is still 5 Megapixels. The N95 is filled with bugs. People that own them complain about it dropping calls and freezing often. As you mentioned the battery life is an issue. The GPS reception can be so delayed that it makes it useless unless you are a slow walker. The screen slides open when you put it in your pocket so you will likely break it a few times. R600 a time to replace. Other than that I believe its a good phone. Believe it or not I am a huge Nokia fan, they should have never released this phone, its giving them a bad name. Its a cool phone but I think should get a smart phone. You will not make a mistake with the N95 ! |
