LG env?! verizon wirelss?

okay i have had my env with verizon since october and the little silver lense thing near the camera is looose and opens in my pocket and its really annoying

PLUS

my battery holds charge for less than a day even when i charge it overnight and it wiggles when i text...which is alot

and its really annoying so if i take it in to a verizon store will they replace it or fix it? bec. im kind of sick of all this stuff happening to it is there anyway they can give me a new phone

I have the same phone and same problem with the lens cover. Unfortunately they do not accept that as a defect, neither will they accept the 'wiggle' when you text. They referred to it as 'wear and tear'. In regards to the battery, that happened to me with my previous phone. You are over charging your battery. Unfortunately, if you are already experiencing that problem, than it is too late, your battery is done. You will have to purchase a new one (also not covered by waranty or Asurion Ins). However, let's say you accidently drop your phone in water, you can file a claim and pay $50 deductable. You'll get a new phone and battery (Battery itself is $50-70 bucks). Catch my drift? Of course, if you opted not to get insurance, than you are screwed.

ya if u take it to verizon they should fix the lenze thing but u might have to buy a new battery

My suggestion is that if you dont have insurance on the phone to call verizon like today or tomorrow and order the insurance. Its $5 extra for per month. DO NOT tell them that theres something wrong with you phone. Just pretend that you are just interested just incase you really do break your phone. Than like in a week or two bring it into verizon and tell them it dropped and broke. Than they will replace it for you. Eventually you can just cancel the insurance..

Verizon will probaly replace it, i doubt they will give you a new phone

just go to verizon and have them fix it. to get a new phone get some more money out
