Nokia 6133?

I just bought the Nokia 6133, and within an hour have read tons of bad reports on it. :(. Are they true?
For example, they say the battery life is horrible, the camera keeps turning on, the flip part falls off or becomes loose, and the keys get broken.
I really really dont want to take it back because my parents would be mad (I was asking for it for a while).

I have seen those things happen...except for the keys getting broken...but not a lot ...the 6133 is our biggest seller ...There are ways to keep your phone from having this happen ...#1 never charge your phone over night ...only 2-4 hours at a time...this will ensure that your battery lasts a long time ...you also get a 90 warranty with it ...A way to combat any of the other problems is to purchase a case for it ..One that stays on all the time and never comes off ....The reason people keep turning on the camera is because the button is on the side and people tend to hold on on the side when talking on the phone ...you just have to remember that the button is there ....envitably it does not hurt the phone when the camera comes on ..just hit the red button and turn it off ..not a big deal ...

I've had this phone for about 7 months now, and I can say it is pretty decent. People usually complain about it because it is slightly more fragile than other phones.

Mine is still in very good condition since I bought a case for it the first month I got it. I'd recommend you buy one too, they're not that expensive.

Honestly the battery life isn't that great (It'll probably last you 2 days, or 3 hours talk time), the camera button goes off and takes pictures of the insides of your pockets, and the buttons aren't really that great for texting (since they're so smooth, it's hard to tell what key you're pressing if you're not looking.).

What I like about it is it can compete with other phones in the same price range. The 1.3 mp camera is great, just no flash. It can run java applications much better than most of the phones I've used. Video on it runs pretty smooth if you have it in the right format.
Music - This is the loudest phone I have ever owned. If you set it to the highest volume setting, It actually works as speakers, which is kind of fun. Listening to music on it shouldn't use up too much battery if you have the headphones on either.... and you will need a memory card to store music on.

i have a nokia 6133.
i've had it for just a couple of months.
and its a piece of ****.
i left it by the window for like 1 hour.
it wasnt raining or anything.
now my screen wont work.
i can make calls, if i remember the # and it wont show up on the screen.
i can answer calls.
but i cant read my texts.
i cant see anything on the screen and it spazzes out.
I HATE IT.
i cant get a new phone now...

i have a nokia 6133 and i think it is the best phone out there. i read all of those reports too. the only things i have trouble with is the battery and the camera. For the battery i also have a nokia 6103 which was my old phone and i charge that one as well as my nokia 6133 and the batteries are the same so i just switch them. and the camera is a little problem nothing major enough to return it. plus you can put whole movies and songs on it. all you need a is a memory card for it and a computer.
