My camera is beiinqq stupiddd!!! please click heereehh! the first one 2 answer qets 10 pts! (:?

i need my camera for tomorrow, and i was makin sure it workss. and when i turn it on it says "error CARD". i took off the battery and the SD card, and put it back. when i turned it on again, it said the same thing. so then, i only took of the SD, but i cant throw pictures, because it has no memory. is there anything else i can try? the first one to answer and the answer works, it the best answer!
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

1)On the card, Make sure that the little notch on the side is not in the locked position

2)Try reformatting the card in the camera (Note: this will delete all pictures on your card if you have any)

3)If that doesn't work, try a new SD card, and make sure its a different brand name..

1) make sure your sd card is in correctly.
2) clear the sd card or load the pictures on it to your computer.
3) get a cheap, new card.
