Advice on a new digital camera......?

Im looking into buying a new digital camera. I want a good one that takes clear pictures but i need it to be quite simple to use because im not amazing with technology. The one must-have feature the camera HAS TO have is that when i put the pictures onto bebo i wont have to re-size them. I realise i may have to get a slightly lower mega-pixal for this but i dont mind. My current camera has 6.1 and you dont need to re-size so can i go much higher than this?
Other features i am interested in but not a necessity are:

1. pink in colour
2. takes short videos
3. good battery life
4. clear screen (not one of those super mini ones)

If anyone can offer some help i would appricaite it loads! Thanks!

I have a pink Sanyo VPC-E760.. I got it at Wal-Mart and its 7.1 Mega pixels..I dont have to resize my pictures. The screen is very clear and has good battery life. You can take pictures in black and white and sepia. (also in just the normal color) It also can zoom in far. You can take 15 minutes of videos and like 400 pictures with a 1GB memory card. Its not a like huge camera and I love it to death.. it was about $130. but i think now its for sale at Wal-Mart for $100.

I've been shopping around myself for about three months. I was looking for a high quality non-DSLR point and shoot.

I just settled on the new Panasonic TZ5 which was released in April, 2008 (about a week ago)

Reviews on the camera are outstanding.

Some notable features: 10x optical zoom, 10 megapixel, hd video, high resolution (460,000 pixel 3.0 inch LCD) 50 Mb built-in memory. Advanced ISO (fully automatic mode). New energy-efficicient Venus IV processor uses about 30% less power.

Over 300 pictures are possible on single charge (even when using large LCD screen)

It also shoots true HD (720p) video.

my suggestion

digital camera GUIDE
be sure to check titles on the left side
the guide should answer your questions

Try Fuji, Panasonic, Olympus, Sony in addition to Canon and Nikon. They're all good brands. You should also think about size, weight and ergonomics.

To be more objective go to this comparison site -
http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/compare....

All you need to do is plug in what you want, and it gives you a comparison of different models. Don't worry if you don't know what the question means, just skip it and move on to the next question.

Then go to Amazon and do a search for the models you like and read the reviews.
