Photos become white/overexposed because of new battery? |
I bought a new battery for my digital camera and all the photos it produced now is all white, as if it is overexposed. I noticed now that the ampere of the battery is slightly different. Can this cause the problem? Also is it damaging to the camera if the current of the battery is different? As long as the battery voltage is the same, no problems. As the previous poster stated, larger ampere hour (Ah) rating means the battery will last longer. Yes it could damage the circuits in your camera. Take it out and replace it with the correct one, maybe it will be OK If your battery is the correct voltage then it is good. A higher amp-hour or milliamp-hour rating simply means that it will last longer before you have to replace it. |
