I have a digital camera and any other computer I connect it to, it just pops up and lets me view the files. But on my computer it just doesn't show up. I've tried installing drivers, messing with the add/remove hardware, restarting etc. Running windows xp pro on a thinkpad. anyone else have this problem? i did!
it sometimes depends on when you turn the camera on.... try connecting while camera is off then switching on... this works for me. Did you not remove the memory card and put it in the slot? pl connect it properly and install the software properly and pl do turn on ur camera. |
