It's a phillips keychain camera and I installed the cd that came with it but and but it doesn't work. does any one know what to do? the driver could already be running in the background, that's why it keeps failing.
Another option, go to the website and look for updated drivers, also re-install the drivers you already have.
When re-installing, uninstall the existing drivers, reboot, then install the new ones. You should always reboot, to clear out any processes that may be running in the background. |
