I have had a problem recently with my Konica Minolta DiMage Z10 digital. It was working fine...until one time we got an error message that said that there was no driver installed for the USB cable. We troubleshot without success: so, do we need to remove and then reinstall the program from the CD and/or do you know of a link for us to go to for reinstalling or updating the driver? We have had the camera for less than year and is working great...tried a different (but correct) USB cable with no luck...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Right.... troubleshooting proceedure (usual way to go about it)
1) Uninstall drivers
2) restart computer
3) Insert CD, install drivers
4) follow onscreen instructions
5) Restart computer
6) Hook camera up to the computer via the USB cable..... if it's worked, you should get an onscreen window saying "detecting new hardware".... follow onscreen prompts, and in theory it should work (at least that's how I went about installing my Fuji + other cameras in the past).
