How can i download the pics to my computer? It takes pics and when i try to download it says Driver Open Fail. Can you please help.....PLEASE!!! I would remove the memory card from the camera and plug it directly into the computer. Many computers have slots that will accept most common sized memory cards. If you computer does not have this slot, you may have to buy an adapter for $20.
When you plug the memory card into your computer, usually a pop-up window will appear that say's "Removable Disk". Find the option that says, "Open Folder to view files using Microsoft Explorer".
You might see two folder pop up. One folder will be called something like "DCIM". Click open that folder. Most of your pictures should be stored in this folder. Now you can open your pictures like you would open up any normal file. If you are still have problems viewing the pictures, right click a picture file and select "Open with....". Now you select which program to open your pictures. Hope this works for you. assuming you are using a windows platform go to
