Help!!! shoul i give it back?

found a cellphone on the school bus yesterday. Its cool and new, and it has a camera. Today the bus driver was asking us if we found a cellphone. I didnt say anything.

I dont know if i should give it back or not. The only thing i can do is give it to the bus driver, because the guy goes to a different school. But than, i cant give it today because im staying after school. And if i give it a day later the bus driver is going to be like " how come u didnt give it to me , earlier?"

But if im giving it back im thinking of just putting it under a seat so someone else finds it and gives it to her. But i dont know.
I mean, the bus driver is like a blabber mouth, than she is going to be like "That girl is a thief" and i dont want that. Please help!!!

the best thing you could have done is turn it in right away after finding it, if you leave it in the seat the next person might not want to turn it in either they will probably think what you are thinking that they will be accused of holding on to it the whole time , so just come clean you'll feel much better

Dont' keep it, thats stealing and you will be found out.
Don't put it under a seat, their are cameras.
Just give it back to the bus driver and if she asks why you didn't turn it in before, tell her you didn't have it with you then.

Actually, don't give it to the bus driver, give it to the school, they'll figure something out.

no, remember what u told me.
If you said no when she asked u if u found it. And than u give it back two days later shes going to call u a thief even though u gave it back. U know how she is. Plus stop buying her snickers. And keep the cellphone. I know is not the right thing, but you already said u didnt find it, so keep it ok.

Don't give it back then. Donate it to charity or recycle it, keeping it may make you feel guilty. Unless you really like it. I wouldn't give it to the driver because he might want it for himself and as you said he may call you names!

what part of give the phone back is unclear to you.....

You are a thief if you dont give it back.
