System recovery wizard? |
Mabezat virus infected many of my "exe" files even my windows system recovery wizard, audio, keyboard, modem, camera, video drivers, a file called C:hp\register/REGINIT.EXE, and the MS works that came installed (among many others but those are ones I installed). I used AVG and have in the vault all these infected files. Obviously I cannot use them anymore, right?. Problem, windows XP came installed from the manufacturer and no CD's came with it. I live overseas and the computer was brought to me from the UK so I have no idea what store it was bought. I'm guessing I need to get me the Windows XP CD's but I just want to make sure before I go buy it.
