I'm having trouble with my Sony Handycam DVD digital camcorder. I am trying to transport the stuff I have recorded in my camera to my computer to edit. So of course, I'm a KLUTZ, i lost the manual. So if anyone can help me out.
I know I have to plug in the USB cord into the USB port and I've done that. then it has a picture of a disk and an arrow. So I tried both, but none seem to work. it says its working but NOTHING happens. You can download the users manuals for free at the Sony tech support website:

just search for your model number. The best thing that I know of is to contact Sony directly. You can probably call any electronics store and ask for the Customer Sevice # for Sony or look for it online. They can email you or mail you a new manual generally, as long as you can provide the model #. |
