Bridge Camera with mechanical manual focus ring?

I'm obsessed with bridge cameras. Ofcourse the compromises are large; chromatic aberration, noise, etc. I just like manual focus and don't really enjoy giving it up. Electronic manual focus just doesn't react as smoothly as mechanical. So, do you know any bridge camera with a mechanical manual focus ring, and image stabilisation, and (I know I'm pushing it) but not too much trouble chromatic aberration, and little noise and NR trouble at ISO 400? I think I've pushed the limits of what cameras can do so I won't be picky about price.

The FZ50 does fit most of the specs except at ISO 400 upwards, you start to see noise and if you turn on the noise reduction, you start to see "smeary" images. I know I'm asking for a lot but there must be something out there that fits the specs.

I believe Fujifilm (Finepix S-series) and Panasonic (Lumix FZ-series) are the only manufacturers that fit their ultra zooms with actual, physical focusing rings.

The recent models from Panasonic's selection have optical image stabilization. Panasonic cameras, from the samples I've seen in reviews and texts I've read, sometimes produce noise that may exceed some peoples' tolerance. Their cameras also have a tendency to apply aggressive noise reduction as which results in smudging and other undesirable artifacts.

Fuji has only recently begun offering image stabilization with their latest bridge cam: the S100fs. With so much zoom, IS is pretty important without a tripod or stabilizer. Fuji seems to, to me at least, tackle noise much better than some of its competitors.

There are pros and cons on both ends. With IS, you'll be able to gain a few stops allowing you to use a lower ISO (not a problem with the S100fs which does have IS), but with a better engine you'll be getting better results in the mid-ISO range. If I were to choose, I'd go with the Fuji. I don't think any of these ultra zoom cameras have true manual focusing but rather focus-by-wire which is almost identical, but it's interesting enough to note.

I believe the Panasonic Lumix FZ50 has what you are looking for.
