C:31:23 DCR-TRV11E? |
I have this old Sony DCR-TRV11E camcorder for about ten years now. Two years ago in Kenya I started having trouble with it. I filmed about 8 hours of wildlife footage but when I tried to view it the C:31:23 error code started to flash on the screen so now I can't view it or convert it to dvd or even VHS. In the troubleshoting section of the manual it says to leave it sitting for a few hours with the cassette loading bay open. It has been sitting for more then two years open and still C:31:23 flashes. But I know the camera works because it can still take still pictures. Contact Sony support for repair options!! See the link below>>> |
