Me and my friend and sister lol ; made this video and we have window xp and were using window movie maker but when we hook the video camera up to the computer it says we need a certain software to import the video.

We can't seem to find the software we need to use.
It came with a cd but we lost it. You may like to visit sony.com, select 'Service & Support' tab and click on 'Drivers/Software'. After that, enter the model number of your handycam or select from their dropdown list to locate the software that works with your handycam. Download and install the software, and you are ready to go. |
