How do I transfer photos from my motorola v3 razr to my pc? I have the linkcable and it recognizes the phone?

the phone does have bluetooth and the pc recognizes it but it says I need additional software. can I download it? I was hoping to save the photos to my desktop or upload them to my space. I have a digital camera but there are photos on my phone that I like very much. How can I do this?
