WHATs WRONG!!?

how come everytime i try 2 take pics off of my mini digital camera(looks like an ipod) and try 2 put them on my cpu it says DRIVER OPEN FAILED. i downloaded the software and i had my usb thingy plugged n correctly wht is the problem plllllllllllllllllllllllllllll... help me out!!!!!!!

redownload the driver- r u running vista? if so, it might be compatible yet.
