i have bought a set of travel usb cable that can be change to five types plugs from Nanotec.
i used it for Flash Disk, card reader, and digital camera. It works.
But when i plug with my travel harddisk, my computer appears, unknown device.
I checked my usb connection in Device Manager, the answer is the same " unknown Device" then the window asking for the driver software.
But the cable i buy, didn't includes driver software.
Can you tell me what wrong and how to solved it? Go back into Device Manager and see if there is a IRQ conflict between the two devices. It could be possible that they are using the same number to communicate with the computer and things get criss-crossed. |
