From Germany there is an new Innovative Idea in the Medicine Area coming to the Middle East on September 2007 . A USB Memory Drive, named 鈥渕axiDoc鈥? will come to the Middle East in the next Month.
Nils Finkernagel, the Manager of the maxiDoc Company from Germany had got the Idea to save all individual Files from the Patient on an Mobile Hardware. The docotrs Son had the Idea 2004, and now he is going to the Eastern Area and to other Countries like China and India to bring the 鈥渕axiDoc鈥?USB Stick to everybody.
After successful Tests in Germany for several Moth, he thinks the Product is also ready for the Arabic Countries right now.
Henceforth the Patient has got the possibility to go from Doctor to Doctor with their individual Files and can be handle very fast and secure.
On the 鈥渕axiDoc鈥?their will be an special Software which gives the possibility to Save the Files fast and classified on the Memory Stick.
The first part of the 鈥渕axiDoc鈥? is for emergencies possibilities. So for example when the Patient have got an Emergency and cant say something anymore, the Doctor just have to put the Memory Drive in an Computer and can see all diseases and important Information about the Person he wants to Help.
Also in this official Part there are Informations about the Birthday, Height, Gender and the Name of the Privacy Doctor and his Telephone Number and also of Family Members which have to call in Emergencies. A Photo of the Patient can be made once time very fast and easy by a webcam or Digital Camera.
So with all the Informations which can read very fast and Savely, Mr. Finkernagel thought, a fast and Secure Handling by the Doctors are sure in the Future.

鈥淥ften there are coming emergency phyciscian to the different Patient for help and they don鈥檛 know, if the Patient have Diabetis or allergies for Medikaments etc. So mostly it is very difficult to help these People ,cause the Doctor have to Check all important Files difficulty, like Blood, Cugar, allergies and so on.So sometimes the Patient dies, cause the important Information was missing in the cases of emergencies.鈥?br>
On the other Part of the Memory Drive, there will be a Secure Part by Password.
So when somebody goes to the Doctor(s) and wants to save Information about theire Handling to Complete his History, the Doctor can Log in on the 鈥渕axiDoc鈥?by his Password and have the possibility to Save these Files on the Stick.

So, here in Germany we have had several Test, since few Month. The Opposite Site of the Usb Stick for the Patient is, that all Files can be taken with them and the Handling in Hospital for example are very fast.
When the Patient will come from his Private Doctor to the Hospital for example, he got all important files , like Letters or Blood information, with them.
So the next Handling is very fast and the Patient don鈥檛 have to do several checkup again.
In Germany it works very well, cause the System is very easy to use and to handle for the Doctor.
In Germany is planed the electronical Health Card(e-card). This System is a Prestige of the Ministerium of Health in Germany and also in other European Countries.
For this Card every Doctor and Hospital and also the pahrmacys have to go on an Online System by itself.
They will send all Information of their Patients to an Central Server by the Internet.
Mr.Finkernagel:
In Germany and whole Europe, the Doctors don鈥檛 like Systems like that with Central Server. The Problem is, that the Confidences between Doctor and Patient is not sure anymore.The Files should be in the Hand of the Patient and of the Doctor and Nobody else!
We don鈥檛 know who will have the Information in Future. We don鈥檛 know who can 鈥淟og in 鈥?on the Central Server in Future.
There are many many Companies , who are interested on these Files of ill Persons.
Mr. Finkernagel says, that a Decentral System is the better way to Communicate between the Doctors and the Whole Medical Facilities and also cheaper for everybody.
The Patient always know, who is able to read the Information of him and he have to give his own approval.
The other advantage of the USB 鈥渕axiDoc鈥?is, that nobody need expensive Hardware.
The only thing ,which is necessary to use, is 1 USB Drive (Port) on the Computer.
No Online Connection, no expensive reader are neccesary for the 鈥渕axiDoc鈥?
The Software works directly from every Medical System, so nobody have to install another Complicated Software to use.
Mr. Finkernagel:
In the Test, the install to write on the maxiDoc is less right now for the doctors by a licence.
The Doctor have to Registrate himself by Postway or by Fax in the Central of the maxiDoc Company and the Central will send him a Software which is very easy to install immediantly.
This Software simulated an PDF-Printer which is necessary to write Information on the 鈥渕axiDoc鈥?to complete the Files.
So if the Doctor wants to write something on the Stick he just have to choose the maxiDoc PDF Printer and can write everything directly from their Medical System on the Stick.
Mr. Finkernagel says, that the System is useable in the whole World, cause of the PDF- Files.
Mr. Finkernagel:
Reading the Emergency Files is everytime Possible. You just have to put the Memory Drive in the Computer and open the Exe File.We will have an Autostart in future, so it will be more comfortably for the User.
The install of the 鈥渨riter鈥?u just need to complete the Files in the Secure Part of the Stick. The Doctors ,which Registrated itself by our Company ,will get an Password and is able to Complete every Stick.
In hospitals here in Germany there are the cases very often, that the USB Drives are Locked for Physical Hardware. We are working with a Company together, which is able to open the USB Drive esspecially for the maxiDoc.
So our Products are saved by the Serialnumber and Product IP in this Software and the Hospital is still on the Save side to be sure that nobody can steal important Files of the Hospital.
