How do I convert my scanned photos to supported format for Muvee Auto Producer 4.1? I saved my scanned photos as jpeg files which Muvee says it supports, but when I go to add pictures...it returns with the error message, "Unsupported format". Maybe this software only accepts pictures and videos from digital cameras? I've gone to the Muvee website and I am unable to get tech support, much less a contact number. I am in high hopes that someone can help...I'd like to put together a slideshow of pictures using this software. Not all of my pictures are digital....some are hard copies. Any ideas? it's better you visit some other familiar websites/forums for help.
