its a digital concepts 3.1 mega pixel camcorder i got from walmart a while ago, i lost the software. i have photo taghges express from an older camera, probably an older version, and i cannot retreive the videwos from the camera when i use it my computer shows me several empty folders on the removable disk.....
? do i need a driver? or is there a program that can read this camera, obviouslty the link to a download of either of these would be great!!!! if it woerks of course ill give best answer It depends what kind of camera it is. Some should show files when you plug in automatically. If your kind does that, you may have a faulty cable or connection.
Otherwise, check the model of your camera, go to your manufacturer's site, go to the support section, and do a search for your camera model. Most likely, there will be up to date drivers and directions on installing them.
If all else fails, chances are, your camera has removable storage media. Find out what kind it is and get a card reader for it that plugs into your computer's USB. They have gotten very cheap online (under $10), especially on sites like ebay. |
