PLEAsE HELP QUICKLY!!! computer freaks only?

today i got an 'hp photosmart M425v' digital camera, i put the software disc into load and nothin happened, so i clicked 'start' then i went to 'run' and i typed D:\Setup.exe, nothing happened, then i went to the hp support site and tried to download the software there, nothing happened, what do i do!!! PLease help!!!

go to start..my computers..go into the d drive..and if that works, it'll become obvious which one to run...it doesn't necessarily have to be setup.exe.

if you have 2 disc drivers then use the other driver... if it still doesnt work then check your connections.. if it STILL doesnt work then you got skrewed over

click start, my computer, drive D

Click on the "My Computer" icon on your desktop then right click by the icon of the desired drive and click "open". You should find an application entitled "setup". Good luck

reboot the computer and try again. If it doesn't work then go to My Computer and hit the disk drive and find the install application.

haha u need to get a mac..havnt u seen the mac commercial where the chinese girl that represents a "new digital camera" holds hands with a mac and vrythn works perfectly...but wen the pc sees the girl...he freaks out and gets confused....lol...fits ur problem perfectly!
