Kodak Easyshare C340 compatiblity...?

I have a Kodak Easyshare C340 digital camera with printer dock. MNy Mom has a slightly older version of a Kodak Easyshare camera. Would she be able to use my camera with her camera's Easyshare software, or is the software very specific to each particular camera? Thank you.

I'm sorry -I wasn't clear. Her software is slightly different from mine. Will it recognize my camera?
