i lost my cd of the software of my digital camera. and i can't download it from konica. where can i download the software
i can't even open it through my computer which means that i can't download the picture in my computer
help plz Does this camers have a place to put a card like an SD or Compact flash card? If so just put a card in the camera and all your pictures will go on the card and all you will need is a card reader for your computer. By using a card you save battrey life on the camera because you dont hook up the camera to the computer. I never used any of the cds that came with my cameras I just use the card and a card reader to get the pictures on the computer. Hopes this helps I'm having this problem at present as well...but w/ my printer. The last time I brought home a new computer I was able to go to the hp (printer is hp) website and download the software free of chrg. I'm thinking you may be able to do the same by going through Konica's website. Surely they can help you out. They may not be as technologically updated as hp's but it's certainly worth a try.
