Do you have any kind of free software on your computer that fixes photographs?

i have Picasa and HP photo smart essential that i got with a digital camera!
they can do simple stuff like change the light intensity, change to black and white, remove red eye and stuff like that but is there a better free one??
do you have these or any other free ones??
are they any good?
where did you get them??

Perhaps it's not really what you're after, but how about "The GIMP"? It's free and pretty powerful. Not very easy to use though...

GIMP is a good one, almost as good as photoshop. It has all of the filters, clone stamping, Dodge/Burn features and more...

I use a program called the Gimp. It's free and absolutely brilliant. It's not as easy to use as the simple ones you have got but the effort of learning it is worthwhile. Give it a try, iot's a free download so you have nothing to lose. Good luck and enjoy.

In Google, type 'majorgeeks', its a website that has lots of freeware, you should find what you need there. Its pretty secure and there is help available, I use them myself.
