Does anyone have problems with their puond digital web cam?

it is a 8 led 1300k usb2 digital pc camera..
when I try to install the software it won't.....it is as if it is not compatible with my driver...does anyone else have problems like this? did you solve it and how did you?

maybe you will have to download a new driver for ur webcam
