What's an easy software for editing video?

I am not trying to capture or burn DVD's, but I took some video with my digital camera but I took it vertically, and I need to rotate it horizontally. What is a quick and easy software for doing this? No bells and whistles. Thanks. :)

You can try windows movie maker. It's a freeware of microsoft. You can find it in your windows system.
