Photo Software?

Right now I need a photo software to help me modify and resize my pictures which were taken by my digital camera.
It's a plus if it can make some special effects.
Can anyone tell me where can i download this software for free?

Well start with the program that came with your camera. If you later want more manipulation options, download the free Photofiltre or spend under $100 for Adobe Photoshop Elements.

Hi, get Picasa from google, they advertise it as "the program that should have come with your camera" so it might do the trick, if it doesn't work it's free anyway, you can get it from here:
