How can I contact the company that manufactures Curtis digital cameras?

The warranty card and serial number were left out of my package, and I cannot install the software without it. I tried to google Curtis digital camera and got nowhere.

Dude I have never heard of this camera before. I believe it is a 3rd party camera... You are out of luck contacting this company... I found a picture of it and it looks like a 3rd party camera.
