control panel > system > device manager tab > dual mode digital camera
it says it is working properly and i dont need to enable it. i followed steps also to uninstall the hardware then re-install it. my camera did not come with a software disk. does anyone know how to access the images on the camera itself (not the memory card) ?? Pug in your camera to the USB port. Then turn on your camera. Your computer should "see" your camera and then you can copy your images to your computer.
This problem occurs a lot when people go for a "deal" and don't buy a name brand camera (Nikon, Casio, Panasonic, Pentax, Canon, Fujifilm, Olympus, well the list can go on and on). The above listed cameras come with a CD which includes at least some kind of photo program which allows you to manipulate images once shot.
