I have a Kodak CX7300 digital camera and I don't have the software or connecters to hook it up to my computer. What software do I need and where can I find it. Also what wires do I need and where can I find them? Please Help! First I would get a USB flash card reader. -
This allows you to take your memory chip out of your camera and upload them directly to your computer without haveing to use the battery in your camera. There are many availablie.
Your camera uses a SD/MMC card. So make sure it has a slot for the sd cards.

you don't need any software to be able to see them on XP
the Card reader or the Cable will make them look like another hardrive on your system and you can just drag and drop them into the folder of your choice. double click the picture and windows should open it for you.
A great tool for beginers to organisze your Picts is free from Google its called Picasa

It makes it pretty easy to import your pictures from your camera or cardreader and organize print, email or edit.... its really great. I set up everyone I know that is just starting out with Picasa its easy and works well.......
Hope this helps :0 |
