I installed the software my camera came with. I have Windows XP. When I plug the camera into the computer found new Hardware Wizard comes up says "found digital still camera" I click okay and it asks me to insert my windows XP cd and it searches in this folder (E:\ROOT\RPROF\i386). I don't have one anymore. I don't need drivers with this camera it's a Powershot SD630. But I do need to install something. What is it and where can I get it?
What do I do? I called tech support and they said get a card reader. Is there anything else I can do? If your computer is not working properly when it is switched on, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
