Get driver to work for new dig. camera?

Window '98. Kodak V530 digital camera. Help please...? I couldn't get it to work, so I got a memory card reader... the other way wouldn't work... a reader worked with my other camera? I downloaded software, and restarted. I re-plugged in the USB port thing and tried again... HELP!

if the camera card reader isnt listed with the C drive and A drve and D drive it isnt connected correctly or you have the wrong drivers use the add new hardware wizard

Make sure the driver is for windows 98. These days when yo buy a new camera, scanner, etc. The driver is for XP. Go to Kodak's website and double check driver.
