Is it true that realplayer version 10 can interfere with me sending pictures from my digital camera to my pc?

because i can no longer upload from my kodax easyshare cx7300 or my hewlett packard DSC 220 ? And does anyone know how i can get these working again please? i have tried installing the software again but it isnt having any of it?????? HELP.

I have realplayer version 10 and my digital camera sends the pictures to my pc just fine. I wonder what is wrong with yours???
