What should I do to upload pictures from my digital camera with big files to my Friendsters account?

Friendster allows only 1 MB of file per picture to be uploaded.How can I lessen the files of those pictures taken in my digicam in order for it to be uploaded? What software can you recommend?Is there any available?For those who care to answer my query, thank you very much.....

Photoshop allows you to decrease the size and dpi of pictures to any size.
