I've had it plugged in for more than 4hrs and the light is still red. Software is on the computer, about to take it out for target practice. Make sure that the USB is pluged into the camera all the way, I had the same problem, but I didn't want to force it to see if it was in all the way, but it wasn't... I felt stupid, but even with all that done, It still isn't working for me, I got it yesterday, It wont take pictures, and when I plug it back in it's red again... I think the camera is messed up, So i'm going to try to get a refund... but I don't you care about all of this... Anyway, yeah just make sure it's in all the way... oh my goodness i had the same problem i got this thing for christmas and its a peice of crap i dont know why they sell this thing in stores plus everytime i used the crappy software to get pics off the camera it said driver open fail....SCAM!!!!!! |
