Taking a video I took with digital camera and making pictures from the video?

I had taken a video of a lightening storm the other night and I got some really cool footage and I want to make some still photos out of some of the footage...Does anyone know of a software that I can use to be able to do that? I know that there is a way to do that but I can not figure it out...something on the interent that I can download

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I am sorry to tell you, but your camera only takes video at a disappointing resolution of 320X240 pixels...so you would not even be able to get a photo of reasonable quality or size if you managed to achieve what you want. The best option would be to try again another time, taking photographs instead, in the highest quality setting available in the camera...because you will never get even slightly good photos from your video.

well, i try this method...
i have downloaded a program called "golden eye"
it takes screenshots of whatever you are viewing after every 20 seconds...
stop the video, where you want to take a picture and leave it for some time (20 seconds)
it will automatically take pictures of whatever screen is open on your computer...
