whenever i take pics with the camera, i go to "download pics" from software program, but then it says "there is nothing in the camera" Those are the exact words. Then the camera goes back to the number 20 - meaning how many pictures are left.
What should I do? ( a FULL explanation please!) Need more specifics on the PC side, but as a general statement some MS Windows configuations are prone to not work with selected devices. Be sure the driver for your camera is installed and if it comes with bonus software, try using the bonus software to access the camera instead of Windows camera/scanner wizard. The other option is to see if you can pull the picutures using Windows Explorer, when you connect the camera it will create another drive letter (e.g. F:\) and look in the sub-folder with the .JPGs. Actually, if the camera shows 20 pictures, you are not getting a picture. It has nothing to do with anything on the PC. Check your directions to be sure you are taking picture correctly. You should be able to just press the snap key and get a picture. You will hear a little beep when its done. Report It
