The software is loaded and all they say to do is connect the PC to the camera with the cord provided. I did this and turned on the camera and nothing happens. Either it did something and I can't find the images or it just didn't happen. The batteries I have are rechargeable (and fully charged). Is there anything I'm doing wrong? I've rebooted my computer also but have no idea. The funny thing is, I've had this camera a while and know how to use it. Normally, you do exactly as I described and it works. I don't know why it's not working right now. Any ideas? I'd suggest bypassing the cord and putting your XD card into a USB memory card reader. They're inexpensive and let you download picture files without draining your camera's battery. After plugging the cord in got to My Computer and look for the removable drive. This is your camera. Just open the folders till you find your pictures. |
