I have questions about this digital camera..please help?

the software says it is successfully installed...when i connect the camera to the computer it says cannot connect to camera

some cameras also need to be turned on in play/review mode when it's connected to the computer.

u have to comfirm is ur camera in usb or mass storage mode !
u can check at ur camera set up

Do it the easy way.. go buy yourself a card reader..
and hook it up to the PC.. it's more convenient,
faster than hooking up the camera.. and you'll save your
battery life if you don't have to use the camera to download
the photos.
