I recently purchased this and the instructions say not to plug the camera into the computer until the software has been added. I stupidly plugged the camera into my USB port before reading the instructions, doing exactly what it told me not to. I've now added the software and when I try to open it, it says "driver open fail". The instructions with the camera trouble shooting guide say to open a document on the CD that will tell me how to fix it. This document will not open on my computer. HELP HELP HELP!!! Right click my computer, properties, hardware, device manager button, see if you got anything branching out with red or yellow marking on a normal icon, if yes, click that branch to highlight it, then click remove button on menu, try to install the software, then plug in the camera cable.
